Welcome to the wonderful world of Blanchflower. Our three restaurant cafes serve brunch, lunch and weekend dinner, alongside fabulous coffee, house made cordials, a small but effective wine list and draft beers. Blanchflower has in its own in-house bakery and our menus are full of our house made breads.

We use the phrase Everything Made In House a lot as it simply sums up our ethos.

The things we source externally (mainly butchery and cheese) are always local and seasonal.

Dinner is completely unique to each kitchen.

Altrincham is Modern British Bistro and Head Chef is Jefferson Green. Dinner is served on Friday only (from June).

Sale is Modern French Bistro and Head Chef is Tom McMaster. Dinner is served on Friday only. Bookings are open.

Little Blanchflower (Chorlton) is Modern Italian and Fresh Pasta and Head Chef is Charles Lynott. Dinner is served on Friday and Saturday. 

Please note that bookings are for dinner only, daytimes are always walk-ins only.
